Sunday Giveaway: Infinity (Chronicles of Nick #1) by Sherrilyn Kenyon

It seems to be the week of giveaways here at MBW! Usually I don’t have such a bounty of books to giveaway, but things have been pretty busy this week. That’s good for you, though! So, without further ado, thanks to the lovely folks at St Martins Press and Zeitghost Media, I’ve got a copy of Infinity (Chronicles of Nick #1) by Sherrilyn Kenyon up for grabs, so check out the book details and good luck!

About Infinity:
At fourteen, Nick Gautier thinks he knows everything about the world around him. Streetwise, tough and savvy, his quick sarcasm is the stuff of legends. . .until the night when his best friends try to kill him. Saved by a mysterious warrior who has more fighting skills than Chuck Norris, Nick is sucked into the realm of the Dark-Hunters: immortal vampire slayers who risk everything to save humanity.

Nick quickly learns that the human world is only a veil for a much larger and more dangerous one: a world where the captain of the football team is a werewolf and the girl he has a crush on goes out at night to stake the undead.

But before he can even learn the rules of this new world, his fellow students are turning into flesh eating zombies. And he’s next on the menu.

As if starting high school isn’t hard enough. . .now Nick has to hide his new friends from his mom, his chainsaw from the principal, and keep the zombies and the demon Simi from eating his brains, all without getting grounded or suspended. How in the world is he supposed to do that?

  1. Werewolf for sure! Would love the opportunity to have heightened senses, the ability to shift … so cool!

  2. Urgh. Posted too soon – email is:

  3. Vampire….at least you are the same species consistently 🙂

  4. Vampire all the way.

  5. Vampire, no contest.

  6. I think a werewolf but then again a vamp is pretty cool now a days. Staying with the wolf :).

  7. Werewolf, since I love the sun.

  8. Vampire only because I’d like to stay looking like a human lol plus I wouldn’t have a problem with not going out in the sun.

  9. vampire..not contest, hands down!! I don’t think I would like the changing over process of being a werewolf…always looks painful in the movies!!!!
    Thanks for the great giveaway!!!!!!

  10. Vampire! Definitely! Great looks, interesting life:))

  11. Although I hate animal smells, I would want to be a werewolf. They mate for life and have strength. They lead a double life. They can come out during the day and eat food even if it is raw meat!

  12. I think I’d rather be a werewolf.

  13. Without a doubt a vampire, but I do love werewolves too!

  14. Victoria Zumbrum

I would want to be a vampire. I love werewolves also.

  15. Werewolf! The drinking blood thing is just icky, even if you go all Twilight and don’t feed on people. :] Plus, wolves are cool. Who wouldn’t want to be a wolf?

  16. Werewolf! I love wolves, and plus who wants to have restrictions on when they can go outside =)

  17. I want to be a vampire 😀

  18. It depends on the mythology rules for each, but I would rather be a werewolf.

    Thanks for the giveaway opportunity.

  19. Vampire for me.

  20. Werewolf I should think.. I of course would be a cute fuzzy werewolf! lol

  21. Ack I could go either way lol. I love animals so a werewolf would be great but I also like the night which would fit the vampire lol.

  22. A werewolf because they’re nice and cuddly and warm blooded! lol

  23. Sorry guys I would so go into a vampire over werewolf

  24. I’ve read other books by Sherrilyn and am intrigued by this series… just not enough to buy a copy, and my library doesn’t have it either. So I’m entering to win it. Then if I like it I’ll see about following the series, otherwise my favorite Librarian will get a donation of a new, once read book to put into circulation.

Oh, and definitely NOT a werewolf, I’m allergic to fur. I guess I can deal with sleeping all day and hanging out all night though. LOL Mwa Haaa Haaaaaaaa

  25. Werewolf!

  26. I would pick a werewolf.

  27. That is hard. I really like both for different reasons. I guess I would choose to be a vampire. Sounds like a very interesting read. Thanks for the chance.
